I am asking for help with the group pages.  We used to be able to feature 5 favorites.  Now, they are all just scrambled together.  It makes them difficult to read and they no longer stand out.  I always used to feature a new member's post, just to make them feel more welcomed to Active Rain.  Anyone have ideas on how to get the site to offer a few featured posts?

On the groups, we all have things to say.  Membership, tech help, advise, tips, and then, some are just fun.  We always need fun!  Some days are very long for us in real estate.  Some posts have nothing at all to do with the group.  Maybe, they just need to be found on your group because they like what they are reading on that particular group.  That's okay with me.  I don't delete unless it is really stretching the topic or irrelevant. 

Well, you know where to find me!  Give me some good ideas of how to get our Group Blogs more readable and attractive to others!

Whether you belong to a small or large office, the strength of your community within that space will help you to meet the challenges of our market. Be mindful of those around you that may have to fall off and choose another career. Let them know that you wish them well. If someone is struggling to stay or if they are brand new, offer them your assistance. Take them with you on some of your appointments. They may learn more from coming along with you, than they will ever read in a magazine, book, or if they are reading on the internet. Give them the opportunity to learn from your experience. While I was attending Buffini's MasterMind Summit in San Diego, California, in 2007, I was fortunate to hear this man sing. I have to tell you, I could feel his voice inside of me. Hoping it is inspirational for you, enjoy.
